Keywords:
The area of the isthmus is highly attractive from an economic point of view, because of its proximity to the port and because it is a bridge between the most dynamic area of the city, between Avenida Mesa y Lopez and Parque Santa Catalina, and the aforesaid port. This article is an analysis of the plans proposed for the isthmus from the point of view of what this urban development will do to the region and the new uses proposed for the area, but also from the point of view of the role of the city resident in the layout of the city as a stakeholder.
