This article is an approach to the International Normative and the National Laws regarding the social use of the Archaeological Patrimony. We should be conscius that the only way for protecting and preserving our archaeological heritage is to facilitate the society our feeling and experience as a maningful part of our history and identity. Outside this principle any laws would be useless.
