The existence of autonomous citizens questions the coercive national identity restrictive to the State and it helps the multicultural and group interrelation that can be chosen free by individuals. It is the cosmopolitan citizenship which refuses the one subject to national fidelity. The old patriotic solidarity remains as the fuse of fascism and as concealing the social antagonism -in capitalism and also in socialism-.
