Graphic Arts in Madrid: Study of establishments linked to the sector through the documentation of the Archivo de Villa (1900-1936)

This article includes the research carried out in the Archive de Villa de Madrid with the aim of publicizing the existing documentation related to the establishments linked to the Graphic Arts in Madrid; In particular, the attention falls on its opening, modification and closure during the first third of the twentieth century. Even though this sector has always had great importance in Spain, there are barely any studies on the subject, so it is essential to highlight these remains that will allow us to better understand the history of the sector in Madrid and, consequently, of our country.
