Abstract

En este artículo se enuncia, a grandes rasgos, la evolución de una empresa industrial del subsector bebidas, en Canarias (7924-1993), primando los aspectos relacionados con las estrategias comerciales.

This article discurses, from a general point of view, the evolution of an industrial brewing firm in the Canary Islands, making special considerations on its commercial srategic plans.
