Una aproximación a la obra pictórica de la artista Amelia Pisaca

Este artículo analiza la obra pictórica de la artista canaria Amelia Pisaca desde tres aspectos claves: su técnica, su trayectoria plástica y sus referentes iconográficos. Su pintura, inspirada en una estética claramente surrealista, es el resultado de un trabajo laborioso y detallista, donde el dibujo, el color y el estudio de la composición tienen un papel preponderante. Esta pintora, a través de su poderosa imaginación, ha mostrado a lo largo de los años unas creaciones caracterizadas por su sensibilidad y profundo lirismo. Asimismo, en este estudio, se realiza una valoración de sus influencias artísticas y el papel que la literatura tiene en su plástica onírica y sensual.
This article analyses the pictorial work of the canary artist Amela Pisaca from three essential aspects: her technical, her plastic work and her iconographic references. Her painting, inspired in a clearly surrealist aesthetic, is the result of a laborious and detailed work, where the drawing, the colour and the study of the composition have a preponderant role. This painter, through her big imagination, has shown during the last years some creations characterized by their sensibility and deep lyricism. Likewise, in this essay, it has been realized one valuation of her artistic influences and the role that the literature has in her dream and sensual plastic.
